Who are we?
Student Services is made up of a range of specialist student facing support services, including Careers, the Chaplaincy, the Counselling and Mental Health Advice Service, the Disability Advisory Service and the Student Support Team.
The Office of the Director of Student Services has responsibility for the overall strategic delivery of student support services at Imperial.

Hannah Bannister
Hannah's role
As Director of Student Services, Hannah has overall responsibility for strategic delivery of student support initiatives at Imperial. She works closely with the university's Senior Leadership Team and Service Leaders to ensure that student wellbeing is at the heart of the College's mission.

Nicola Morgan
Nicola's role
As Deputy Director of Student Services, Nicola supports the strategic planning and delivery of key initiatives in Student Services, with particular responsibility for pastoral support in residences, complex student casework and related safeguarding concerns. As well as management of a team overseeing other student support initiatives, including Report and Support.

Andrew Willson
Andrew's role
As College Chaplain, Andrew leads the College's Multi-Faith Chaplaincy service. He coordinates a team of Chaplains and visiting Faith Advisors, as well as being a Church of England priest.

Claire Fox
Claire's role
As Head of the Student Counselling and Mental Health Advice Service, Claire leads a service of mental health clinical experts, including Counsellors, Mental Health Advisors, Mental Health Intervention Officers, and Study Mentors (mental health), as well as the operations team. She is responsible for the overall strategic planning of the Student Counselling & Mental Health Advice Service. She also supports student strategic mental health development at the College.

Maureen O'Brien
Maureen's role
As Head of the Disability Advisory Service, Maureen leads the team of Disability Advisors and SpLD tutors who work in the service. She is responsible for the overall strategic planning of the Disability Advisory Service, and works with colleagues to support students and puts inclusion at the heart of everything the service does.

Jason Yarrow
Jason's role
As Director of the Careers Service, Jason has oversight of the operational running of the service and the development and implementation of strategy. He coordinates the different teams in Careers, including careers consultants, the employer relationship team, and the information team.

Jess Key
Jess's role
As Executive Assistant to the Director of Student Services, Jess is responsible for managing the operations of the Director's Office. She works closely with the Counselling and Mental Health Service, Careers, and Disability Advisory Service to facilitate a close working relationship with the Director's Office.
